The Orb - It's Coming Soon (Official Video)

In a changing, unpredictable and turbulent world, something we can always rely on is a new Orb album. On what is quite possibly the millionth longplayer helmed by electronic lifer Alex Paterson; partnered with the now firmly-entrenched boy wonder Michael Rendall; the inspirationally productive outfit yet again deliver the goods, with one of their best yet - Buddhist Hipsters.
"I was having a dream, and in this dream was an escalator descending out of the clouds, upon which were Buddhists and hipsters travelling downwards, and beckoning me down from the top, was Roger Eno. When I woke up, I had a text from him, asking if we fancied more collabs, so he’s on the record, amongst other friends" - Alex Paterson

Get Inside My Mind (Take A Ride)
(Verse 1)
Get inside my mind, take a ride
No exit, no place to hide
Just take the ride, and feel the flow
Where it leads you'll never know
Pull up a chair, pour a drink
Watch my world, but don't think
No regrets, no need to hide
Just hold on tight and let your mind slide
(Chorus)
Take a ride, don't ask why
The wheels turn, the past slides by
No breaks, no rules, no time
Just a psychedelic sky and a freeway line
(Verse 2)
Whiskey burns, the jukebox sighs
Same old tune with different lies
Dawn rolls in, soft and slow
But I ain't ready to let go
Words dissolve before they land
Slip like smoke right through my hands
Voices blur, I stay clear
Chasing something almost here
(Chorus)
Take a ride, don't ask why
The wheels turn, the past slides by
No breaks, no rules, no time
Just a psychedelic sky and a freeway line
No way back, no end in sight
Keep on trippin' into the night

Surreal and Strange AI Video | Not Made For The Cage | Kelly Boesch - 4K
I've written a few songs about my childhood, and this is another one. I grew up in a Midwestern town where most people conformed to fit in and not stand out, and I just always felt so out of place. I loved to wear and make very different clothes; I loved fashion even as a young girl. I think so many kids go through this. I always knew I would leave there for a place where I could just be myself with others who felt the same.
I ended up in Los Angeles, where weird thrives. In LA, I was actually pretty “Midwest boring”, not at all different or strange. But I was living my best life and met so many lifelong friends.
I always say it's harder to make a video after writing the song. I really don't like making videos that tell exact stories. I prefer an abstract representation that allows the viewer to interpret it any way they want. I made a video a while back using this style reference with these strange faces, and for some reason, I thought of using them again. The way they stand out against the people walking around them. I love how it works with the song.
Thank you to Marshall Altman for the guitar and synth he added to the song, and for the additional production and mixing. This is for sure one of my favorite songs I have written. Working with Marshall has been so wonderful. We had our first co-write a few weeks back and made a song together that will come out in the next few weeks.
This whole process with Nettwerk Records has been really amazing. If someone had told me four or five years ago that I would be writing songs, getting signed to a label, and doing a TED Talk, I would have thought they were insane. NONE of this was even on my radar as a path I would follow. AI has opened doors for me I couldn't have even imagined. When an artist finds their perfect tool, it can open creativity inside them they never knew they had. Pretty wild.
Not Made For The Cage
[Verse 1]
I was born with paper skin
Letting all the feelings in
Watching my entire world unwind
Leaving all the rules behind
Their strict rules fit like borrowed clothes
On my strange and tender bones
I never felt like I belong
A half-remembered, distant song
[Pre-Chorus]
So my heart I rearrange
Even when they call me strange
If this world feels hard and vast
I will try to move right past
[Chorus]
I am not made for the cage
I don't mind if you find me strange
(oh, I am strange)
I bloom where the wild wind stays
I am not lost, I am true
A star with a different hue
(I am true)
I was made to outgrow you
[Verse 2]
The room is full of polished faces
All their smiles in perfect places
I move like rain running down glass
A little shy, a little brash
My mind is a sprawling tide
With secret currents locked inside
And when the night begins to bloom
I am the fever in your room
[Pre-Chorus]
And I hear, beneath the noise
Some soft and ancient joy
Saying, child, don’t disappear
You were written to be here
[Chorus]
I am not made for the cage
I don't mind if you find me strange
(oh, I am strange)
I bloom where the wild wind stays
I am not lost, I am true
A star with a different hue
(i am true)
I was made to outgrow you
[Bridge]
If I am odd, then let me be
A little ash, a little sea
I do not need their neat design
My broken edges are divine
[Final Chorus]
I am not made for the cage
I don't mind if you find me strange
(oh, I am strange)
I bloom where the wild wind stays
I am not lost, I am true
A star with a different hue
(I am true)
I was made to outgrow you

Kara North

Melodic house, at its most transportive, is a private geography — a place that doesn't exist on any map but that the body recognizes immediately upon arrival. Kara North has always known this territory. Half Swedish, half Czech, raised between Los Angeles and Paris, she carries the dual inheritance of Scandinavian cool and continental warmth without resolving the tension between them — and it's precisely that unresolved quality that makes her so impossible to look away from. Her influences read like a lineage of women who understood that pop, at its most powerful, is a statement of selfhood: the provocative elegance of Madonna, the emotional gut punch of Annie Lennox, and the Scandinavian ache of Robyn. She draws from all of them and arrives somewhere entirely her own — a sonic world that leans into the cinematic sweep of melodic house, where club music becomes emotionally immersive, and euphoria carries a sophisticated edge.

About BELLAIRE
North of France-born and raised Jean has been proudly representing his nation worldwide ever since he started his project Bellaire. Following in the footsteps of his hit single "Paris City Jazz", which has been certified as a gold single on the export market, Bellaire's signature sound is recognized for its effectiveness in clubs and its blend of influences ranging from hip-hop to soul, funk to disco, not to mention the French touch.
Bellaire quickly won over the hearts of dancers, with whom he decided to share even more by launching his own label, AOC Records, on which his partners in crime Bomel, Georges, Contrecoeur et Fleur de Mur are signed.
After releasing a few club-oriented tracks in the first half of 2023, Bellaire returns to his old, iconic style of jazzy house with his new EP Sunset Ballad. Featuring remixes by legendary producer DJ Spen and his friend and colleague micFreak, as well as MN2S co-founder Moodena and label mate Georges, this new project presents itself as an ode to the dancefloor.
For the first half of 2024, Bellaire returns to its community with a few surprises, starting with the announcement of "Bellaire's Secret Grooves" evenings, from which an EP project will follow.

Max F - Dream Channel (Space Ghost Club Remix)
Peace World Records returns with Hidden Atmospheres, the debut release produced by Max F and mixed by Space Ghost. Drawing from classic deep house and esoteric club sounds of the '90s and early 2000s, this seven-track collection channels these influences into fresh territory while preserving the digital grit and dreamlike essence of the era.
The release strikes a delicate balance between the meditative and the kinetic. On the A Side, tracks “Soul Control” and “Zone 6” highlight subtle yet hard-hitting percussion grooves and deep basslines that anchor the mix beneath ethereal pads and sweeps. Each track builds through hypnotic, evolving arrangements that reward close listening. On the B side, “Dream Channel” and “Earth Effects" both feature airy, spectral synth progressions that interweave with ephemeral yet decisive melodies, demonstrating a refined insight of space and dynamics.
To round things off, Space Ghost took a crack at an energetic club remix of “Dream Channel.” Carried by a classic 909 house rhythm and a bubbly bassline, the remix offers a fun, uplifting take on the original, complete with organ stabs and MIDI sax!
As a whole, Hidden Atmospheres delivers something new for fans of 90s and 2000s era house music. Think Ronin, Hanna, Chris Brann, Wamdue Kids—artists whose work holds its own in the club while remaining equally suited for intimate late-night listening. Throughout the record, tracks drift seamlessly between shimmering dancefloor functionality and liminal, introspective ambience, inviting repeat listens that reveal new details and "hidden atmospheres" with each pass.

Grandma's Wisdom (Peter Makto Flying Grandma Remix)

In the early 90’s Peter falls in love with electronic music as escapism from his troubled and abusive childhood. Underground electronic music was new, exciting and Peter’s rebellious soul was soon captivated. His love for music has been constant ever since. Headphones and listening excessively to loud music not only served its purpose of exclusion from the world, but this was the beginning of his musical journey. After listening to single tracks, he soon moved on to DJ sets, as the long journeys and the artistic freedom that characterized these were something he could strongly relate to. This was when he started his vast and multi-genre vinyl collection and soon after moved on to playing and mixing these. He found extreme joy in music and started to build his own world which

Yultron

Every once in a while, an artist comes along who causes us to pause for a moment and wonder, “Why in the hell do we even have genres?” Los Angeles–born, Vegas–satelliting Yultron is a musician of such versatility whose path more resembles the forked blaze of a lighting bolt than any sort of linear progression. Cutting his teeth via classical training in piano and violin as a lad, he moved on to rock groups in college, rap/hip-hop collaborations with YG & Honey Cocaine, and his own now-infamous early experimentation blending alternative hooks within hip-hop frameworks (Skywalker mixtape, 2013). Indeed, role descriptors need to be reshuffled to describe this multitalented emcee, remixer, straight-up rapper, producer, and DJ who has of late turned to address EDM full-time, never deviating from his original operating premise: “Why not create something that hasn’t been done?”
Matthew Lee (born 1 October 1985), known professionally by his stage name Gammer, is an English music producer and DJ. He is best known for his association with UK hardcore, of which he is described as an icon. He is also the co-founder of the Together We Rise record label, which is dedicated to hardcore music. Regarded as one of the most prolific producers in the United Kingdom hardcore scene, Gammer initially began his musical career as a hard dance producer before switching to hardcore. He has also produced many UK hardcore songs under the name Matt Lee. One track in particular, Go, caught the attention of Andy Whitby, who signed him to AWsum.

Memory Lane · Anthea Mount Pleasant

This Vienna-based singer-songwriter Anthea, with a background in visual arts, is making a bold shift. Previously recognized for their richly metaphorical and poetic style, which frequently landed them on FM4 charts and established them as a local favorite, they’re now embracing a more direct, raw, and gritty indie sound.
This evolution isn’t arbitrary, it’s a deliberate departure from their former “polished” approach and the hyperpop genre. This artist is forging a musical path that feels authentic and cathartic. Their debut album, Mount Pleasant, kicks off with the track Run, which has been featured in Vöslauer’s vibrant Veränderjung campaign. The song perfectly captures an unquenchable, adolescent curiosity about life.
